How delivery works
After your order is processed, each product passes a final condition and authenticity check. We then pack it securely and hand it to a trusted delivery partner. If the courier cannot reach you or locate the address, they will call to coordinate delivery.
We follow a closed-box delivery policy to protect product authenticity, customer privacy and the condition of every item.
Packaging
Orders are packed in protective cardboard boxes with an invoice. Fragile bottles and breakable items receive additional protective wrapping.
Charges & timing
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70 · usually 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 · usually 3–5 working days
Political events, severe weather, transportation disruption or other unavoidable circumstances may cause delays. Our customer-care team will keep you informed when possible.

অর্ডার প্রসেস করার সময় প্রতিটি পণ্য যাচাই করে নিরাপদভাবে প্যাক করা হয়। আমরা ‘ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি’ অনুসরণ করি, যাতে পণ্যের অথেন্টিসিটি ও গ্রাহকের গোপনীয়তা বজায় থাকে।
- ঢাকার ভেতরে: ৭০ টাকা, সাধারণত ১–২ কর্মদিবস
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা, সাধারণত ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস
